Consultation on Concept Masterplan draft proposals opens
Last year, Winchester City Council appointed local architects Design Engine to develop a Concept Masterplan for Station Approach.
Since then, they’ve undertaken a baseline survey, run workshops with local residents and businesses, and reviewed all public feedback from previous consultations. This work has helped to inform their proposals in this new Concept Masterplan, which sets guidelines for any future developers.
We’d now like to hear your views on the Concept Masterplan. Please view the proposals and give your feedback in our online survey, which is presented in six key themes. You can answer questions on all of the themes, or just the ones which are most important to you. The consultation is open until 27 October 2024.
